The results of the survey were published in the January / February 2008 issue of Latin Trade based on a two-month online survey from among the magazine more than 350,000 readers a month. Dollar (R), ranked No. 1 in the general results of the eight rental car companies in the list, scoring 8.54 on a scale of 1-10. Factors considered in the rankings were price, reliability, service / friendliness, speed and choice of vehicle Check-In/Check-Out. Dollar (R) reached the highest in three of the five categories - price, service and speed of service.
