Travelocity has launched a study on the cost of car rental fees, which shows that the average car renter pays an additional 24.4% when renting a car at a major U.S. airport.

The results show that the first three airports with the greatest difference between day and the prices were Houston Bush Intercontinental by 71.7%, Dallas / Ft. Worth International, 61.1%, and Austin Bergstrom with 55.8%. The three airports with the lowest difference between the daily exchange rate and prices were 7.7% Sacramento, Palm Springs, at 7.8% and 7.8% Fresno.
