The Nikkei Weekly reports that the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and three of the 23 Ward were to share a subsidy system to start in August, to car rental to use environmentally friendly cars. The grant will last three years and for the additional costs for the use of cars, which are usually hybrids, the gasoline engine and an electric motor, or electric cars. Governments should help popularize lowpollution automobiles by encouraging their use as rental cars, so many people to try and they theirs.

The three stations, Tokyo - Itabashi, Katsushika and Kita - the system will be in the first year and 41 cars of subsidies F550, 000 (U.S. $ 3,956) for each hybrid car and Y2.25 million for each electric car.
