Vanguard to sell its Vanguard Car Rental EMEA Holdings Ltd. on Europcar Groupe SA on Thursday.
The sale was originally reported that $ 862.4 million - about 670 million euros - and came with a strategic alliance between Vanguard, the National and Alamo Rent A Car brands, and Europcar, according to a press release on Europcar's website.
The two companies announced the sale Nov. 14th
